I know to a lot of people think books seem out dated, especially with the advamces of technology and the internet, but there is something about a well printed book, their pages and scent that takes reading to a whole other world. This is a great book, compact with beautiful photos and clear information. With each orchid you have a lovely description, distinctive features , habitat, distribution, flowering season and a sighting record so you can record your orchids as you find them.

This is the perfect book for any fungi lover, or honestly, if you want a good and interesting read. This book is a wonderful combination history, anecdotes and fungal life!

An absolutely fascinating book, well worth the read, all about plants that intoxicate, kill, and harm. It really delves into the dark side of nature.
